Being emotionally resilient is the ability to adapt to challenges with courage and faith in Jesus Christ. We can each learn skills to become more emotionally resilient. Good mental and emotional practices can help us prepare for the challenges of life.

Take a Free Emotional Resilience class.

For those seeking to overcome the challenges in life by learning to overcome anger, stress and anxiety, by understanding sadness and depression, and building healthy thinking patterns.

Classes are held on a weekly basis for 10 weeks, which day and time are determined by the students during an introductory session.

(Members: This course is also open to the youth and their friends but, for their age group, it will be provided through your ward instead of the Stake. Contact your bishop for details.)
