Additional Temple Sessions Now Available

Brothers and Sisters,

We are pleased to announce the following additional sessions to the temple schedule. Starting March 11, 2022, Friday evenings and all-day Saturday, endowment sessions will be held every 30 minutes. In addition, as part of these expanded appointments, the following language sessions will be available: the Friday night 7:30 p.m. and Saturday 12:30 p.m. endowment sessions will be in Spanish; the 2nd and 4th Saturday 7:30 a.m. endowment sessions will be in Tongan (headsets are always available for those who need assistance in other languages). As of today, there are still openings on these sessions.

We remind all members of the First Presidency’s encouragement “to schedule appointments far in advance, consider participating in each temple ordinance, and cancel appointments you cannot keep as soon as possible so others may attend.” If you need help with the appointment system, we encourage you to call on the many ward members and leaders in your ward who use the appointment system regularly, including youth, who are standing by to help.

By a letter dated February 18, 2022, the First Presidency reminded us that, “for the time being, masks will still be required in temples, where so many who attend are part of an elderly, more vulnerable population and where our desire is to keep temples open and to have as many as possible participate.” With our beloved Prophet, “we desire everyone to enjoy the blessings of serving and worshiping in the house of the Lord.”
