Good mental health is important—learn to take care of it and what to do if you or someone you know may be struggling. All Stake youth (those turning 12 this year to18) and their parents are invited to attend this special evening with guest speaker, David Umanzor from the Jordan Harris Foundation who will cover, "Depression and Suicide Prevention."

Refreshments will be served. Friends and their parents are welcome.
